Morning Smoothie

A yummy chocolatey morning smoothie that will give you energy and keep you full.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • handful of spinach
  • few pieces of fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 tsp moringa powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2-4 tbsp of cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup coconut meat
  • 6 Brazil nuts
  • ice
  • 8 oz of water or nut milk

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend on high until smooth
